Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Finch Friends iMessage sticker app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Finch Friends is created by Katherine Dinger and published on the App Store by Ludicrous Speed, LLC. Your use of Finch Friends is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License

Katherine Dinger grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Finch Friends and its stickers within the Messages app. You may send stickers in your personal conversations to your heart's content; you may not extract, redistribute, or sell the artwork or use it commercially.

In-App Purchases

Finch Friends includes an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the premium stickers. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms.

Custom Stickers

Finch Friends includes a composer that lets you add your own text to a sticker. You are responsible for the text you add and for the stickers you create and send. Custom stickers exist only on your device; we never see, store, or moderate them.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, and other content in Finch Friends are owned by Katherine Dinger and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of that content to you.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Finch Friends is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katherine Dinger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
